The Customer Service Compliments campaign has 3 simple criteria to nominate;

  1. The nomination has to be something that leaves you feeling positive about your experience at Festival Tower.

  2. It must be a genuine experience that has happened to you personally.

  3. The nomination needs to be about a recent experience.
